Favourable and perfect location for Tokyo, not far from train station, shops and all the nightlife Shinjuku has to offer and Metro and JR Rail Lines and shinjuku stn. Very comfy beds, central heating, pay television, and a refrigerator in the room.

The hotel was located just next door to the central Shinjuku tourist and shopping area, Shinjuku Station and Express bus station which is linked via underpass and airports both Narita. I stayed in the room that was kept clean and available with a double bed. The property was in a central location to all the shopping malls. I loved to be in this place.
It had quite hard beds, maybe it was bad luck.
